You have been invited as a registered user (“Registered User”, “you”, “your”) by one of our customers (“Customer”) or by Move & Walk. This acceptable use policy (“Policy”) informs you of how you may use our Services. We may modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the acceptable use page. In order to use the Services, (a) you need to be of legal age with the sole and legal right to use the Services, or (b) you need to obtain your parents or legal guardian’s consent. The Services are only eligible within the EU/EEA.
The Services are platforms for training, education and support for people in the field of conductive education and personal assistance. Please note that the Services do not constitute services for health- or medical care nor are they intended to replace healthcare providers or any medical devices. Move & Walk reserves the right to the Services and its content (including any third-party content). As a Registered User of the Services, you may not, in whole or in part, in any way, copy, reproduce, save, move, forward, distribute, publish, add other material or save on your own devices (including but not limited to phone and computer), any material linked to the platform (including text, images, trademarks, logos, graphics and video).
You must ensure that no unauthorized person is able to use your login details. You may not disclose your username and password to any unauthorized person and must ensure that documents containing your username and password are kept in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot gain access to the information. If you suspect that any unauthorized person has obtained access to your password, please notify us immediately.
The Registered Users shall at all times treat the information and content in the Services as confidential and use the Services in compliance with this Policy and applicable laws. If you violate this Policy, Move & Walk reserve the right to suspend your access to the Services.
For your information, the Services are owned by Move & Walk or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights. Intellectual property rights to content and design within the Services (including but not limited to feedback, customizations, adjustments, text, electronic documents, graphics, images and sounds, photographs, databases, software, software products and services) are owned by Move & Walk or its licensors. Images, text or other material may not be copied.
You may, but have no obligation to, provide feedback or suggestions about the Services to Move & Walk ("Feedback"). If and to the extent you provide Feedback, you acknowledge that Move & Walk may use that Feedback without restriction and without any obligation, and that any intellectual property rights created by or on behalf of Move & Walk based on such Feedback shall be solely owned by Move & Walk.
By using the Services Move & Walk may obtain anonymous usage data from your use. This anonymous usage data information (i.e. it is not personal data) is the sole property of Move & Walk, which may use this information for its own purposes (including, but not limited to, to perform, further develop and improve the Services).
